Dan Agudelo holds a law degree from Libre School of Law and a diploma in Human Resources and Strategic Management from EAFIT University. Bilingual in Spanish and English, he also pursued studies at Metropolitan Community College of Kansas City.

With over five years at the company, Dan has gained extensive experience across various departments, including production and store management. As Human Resources Director, he leads the HR Department and oversees Arrow’s administrative foreign office, ensuring operational efficiency and strategic workforce management.
