The Blue Goose members spent the morning of July 31st, 2014 with Royals legends Frank White and Al Fitzmorris touring Camp Quality, a kids with cancer camp. This event is held annually at Lake Maurer in Excelsior Springs, MO. Blue Goose provided baseballs to give to each of the campers. Our Royals guests graciously signed each one of the balls and also played a friendly game of whiffle t-ball with the campers. A check presentation was made to Camp Quality from the Blue Goose bowling tournament held in February, 2014 in the amount of $1,500.00 which was matched by a grant to total $3,000.00. This event was organized by Glenda Harris of Arrow Fire & Water Restoration Dry Cleaning and Nicole Bailey of MRT.
