Delivery Timeframe
- Deliveries are typically completed within 3 to 5 weeks after submission of the delivery request.
- While our team will make every reasonable effort to accommodate timing preferences, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and should not be considered a commitment.
- All services must be paid in full prior to scheduling delivery.
- If final payment has not been received, the delivery cannot be scheduled or confirmed under any circumstances.
- Deliveries will be completed strictly based on:
- The service requested
- The approved scope
- The adjuster’s estimate and delivery confirmation
- The service requested
- Upon completion of the delivery, the Project Lead will provide:
- A delivery ticket confirming the items delivered
- A customer satisfaction survey
- A delivery ticket confirming the items delivered
Partial Deliveries
- Partial deliveries are not permitted under any circumstances.
- This policy is in place to maintain our standards for service quality, accountability, and operational control.
