3. Who decides which items GET restorED?
Each item is evaluated based on its condition. Items of sentimental value can be added upon request. An inventory list is provided for review by you and your insurance adjuster.
4. Will my insurance cover the restoration service?
We work directly with your insurance company to ensure a smooth claims process. Coverage depends on your policy and claim details. Our team will assist you with the necessary paperwork and documentation.
5. How long does the restoration process take?
Once the pack-out is done and we have your items at our facility, the restoration process can take up to 3 months. Most policies cover 3 months of storage, during which your items will be inaccessible
6. When will my clothes be ready?
On average, we can clean and restore your items within 2–3 weeks, depending on the size, severity, and season.
7. What happens if I need emergency clothing?
We’ve got you covered! If you have baby and children's clothing, blankets, adult clothing, bedding, or linens that need urgent cleaning, please let us know. We can process them within 2–3 business days to help you get back to normal as quickly as possible.
8. Why can’t I access my belongings during the restoration?
Access is restricted to ensure the safety, proper care, and organization of your items during the restoration.

We focus on restoring household soft goods like clothing, bedding, textiles, rugs, furniture, artwork, and electronics. We do not handle structural restoration, but we can connect you with specialists for those needs.

While we aim to restore as many items as possible, certain items may not be salvageable. We will provide a recommendation and allow you to decide how to proceed with their disposition.

If your temporary residence cannot accommodate your clothing or household items, we offer storage options for as long as needed. Once you return to a permanent residence, we ask that you accept full delivery of your order within two weeks.

We begin by treating items in our ozone room to remove moisture and contaminants. Washable items are laundered with commercial-grade detergents, and dry-cleanable items are treated with special additives to remove mold and bacteria.

We use ozone machines to eliminate smoke odors. Our laundry process is 5 times more effective than home washing due to special detergents and multiple cleaning cycles.
