PICK-UP AND DELIVERY
Every order is picked up under the supervision of a Lyons Resources by Arrow project manager. All items are carefully loaded into a secured vehicle for transportation to our processing plant. On-site secured storage is included as part of every customer order.
Typically, customers will have all their items returned within 90 to 120 days, or sooner, depending on the severity of the damage to the home. The insured must notify the job coordinator at least three weeks prior to the desired move-back date so our team can prepare the items for delivery.
We also offer emergency clothing, which is cleaned and processed in advance to ensure access to essential seasonal garments such as jackets, sweaters, uniforms, and baby or children’s clothing.
Please note that partial deliveries are not permitted, and visits to the storage unit are not allowed in accordance with industry standards and to ensure item safety.
